Hello! I’m Maria Inês and I welcome you to Pássaro Amarelo’s refuge! I was born in Lisbon, in 1985, and I am the author of three books (which you will learn more about below).

Pássaro Amarelo represents my writing brand, through which I provide useful and important writing services to people. It is also a seal of approval for the texts I publish. The brand emerged after the publication of my book “O Caderno Amarelo” – it was this work that inspired me to create a space where I could write, think and reflect in total freedom: the freedom of birds. My first word was “Light”. So, through the power of writing, I will help you:

Being heard, with respect and authority;
Resolve everyday life situations where writing can have a determining influence;
Practice writing methods that can save you a lot of time;
Find out more about the steps to becoming an independent author, or;
Understand how the publishing market works for an author;

Books. My experience.

A future author needs to understand that it will take many years to improve their writing, develop their literary tastes and discover what they really enjoy writing about. You will also need to invest time in editing manuscripts, be patient with errors and publish something that you consider meaningful and worth reading.

Proof of this is that during my career as an author, I was not always satisfied with what I wrote. But, as with everything in life, and without falling into commonplaces, it is only by trying that evolution can be achieved. Therefore, I invite you to walk with me on this literary journey!
